Join guest facilitator Tara Rose for a deeply nourishing experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, and presence.

FEMBODYment is an invitation to soften, release, and come home to your body. Through sensual movement, gentle yoga flow, conscious breathwork, intuitive expression, and embodied ritual, you'll create space to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Created by Tara Rose, this unique practice encourages women to move beyond doing and into simply being—awakening greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and authentic expression along the way.

To complete the experience, Lauren Cureton will guide guests through a restorative crystal singing bowl sound bath, creating space to integrate the practice, settle the nervous system, and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and deeply connected.

No prior experience is necessary. Come exactly as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to explore movement as a pathway back to yourself.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully.
