Core Experience — Reset

A midweek moment to reset, soften, and return to yourself.

This core experience combines somatic breathwork with immersive sound healing to create space for release, clarity, and reconnection.

Through a rhythmic, guided breathing practice, the body is invited to gently open—allowing stored tension to move and the nervous system to reset.

The experience then transitions into an immersive sound bath, where layered tones and vibration support deeper integration and restoration.

Simple. Grounding. Intentional.

• Doors open at 6:15 PM to allow time to settle into the space.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully.
• Mats provided.
